Terms and Conditions
Gaggle Professional Training and Development Services Include:
- Knowledgeable and Experienced Gaggle Trainer
- Appropriate materials and handouts
- All travel expenses for Gaggle personnel to and from the training location
- Flexible scheduling
Scheduling Procedures:
Please call (800) 288-7750 or contact your dedicated Gaggle Representative to determine which professional training services are right for your school or district.
- Gaggle cannot confirm any requested dates for services without a signed purchase order. Once purchase order has been received, District/School has 365 days to schedule training
- On-Site training services are subject to the availability of a Gaggle Trainer. Gaggle will make every effort to accommodate the needs and schedules of the school/district.
- Gaggle accounts and District Set Up information must be created and configured at least 1 week before a scheduled session.
- Schools/District may divide a full-day, on-site Gaggle Training session in two half-day sessions of 3 ½ hours each when scheduled on the same calendar day (e.g. morning & afternoon sessions).
- Each training day includes 1 instructor. On-Site Training requirements include use of computers and internet access. All computers used for a session must meet Gaggle’s minimum Technical Requirements.
Billing and Cancellation Procedures:
- Gaggle will only schedule and deliver Gaggle Training Services after receiving a signed purchase order from the school or district.
- There is a one-week cancellation policy for all Gaggle Training services. Any scheduled and confirmed services must be cancelled at least one week prior to the scheduled date in order to be eligible for rescheduling without cost. To cancel a scheduled session, the school/district should call (800) 288-7750, email support@gaggle.net, or contact their dedicated Gaggle Representative by 5 pm CST. A session is officially cancelled when the school/district receives written confirmation via fax or email from Gaggle. Our fax number is (309) 665-0171.
- Gaggle’s Professional Training Services Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice. Pricing is based on training within the continental United States.
Network Facility Requirements:
- The School/District is responsible for meeting the minimum Technical Requirements for all onsite trainings including but not limited to: recent version of a Web browser that Gaggle supports, live internet connectivity, and computer login information.
- A School/District representative who is familiar with the school’s network must be available on the scheduled date to resolve any technical issues that may occur.
- A School/Representative who has access to network and client computer passwords must be available on the scheduled session date or at a prearranged time.
