Gaggle provides on-demand customer service and support for all of our users through multiple methods. For general questions and technical support, our highly experienced and knowledgeable customer service representatives are available during business hours via telephone, live chat, and email. After hours and on weekends and holidays, we can be reached through email at admin@gaggle.net and will respond within 8 hours.
Schools and districts using our subscription service also have a dedicated account representative who will work with you on your initial setup and account creation, and serve as a resource for support throughout the school year.
In addition to our customer service representatives and account managers, we have a team of systems engineers and technical support representatives available to assist with advanced technical issues, data integration, and systems integration.
